    The application of impedance curves and admittance circles in the processing and production of ultrasonic devices is as follows:


    1. Ultrasonic transducer: The admittance circle can not appear parasitic circle, the resonant frequency is as close as possible to the design frequency, the dynamic impedance is low, the quality factor Qm should be close to the design requirements, and the capacitance should match the circuit.

    2. Piezoelectric ceramic sheet: The advantages and disadvantages of the device can be judged directly from the admittance circle diagram and the logarithmic coordinates. If there is delamination inside the ceramic sheet or crack occurs, the logarithmic curve will appear multi-peak. Multiple parasitic small circles appear on the admittance chart.

    3. Ultrasonic horn and mold: Whether the design, processing and assembly are reasonable or defective, can be clearly seen directly from the admittance chart.

    4. Ultrasonic welding machine: During production and processing, the state of the welding machine is analyzed by the results of the admittance circle, and the problems of the welding machine are found through parameters and graphical analysis.

    5. Ultrasonic cleaning machine: When producing and processing, the choice of vibrator requires the vibration performance to be as consistent as possible (bandwidth, quality factor, resonant frequency, dynamic impedance). On the admittance chart, there are as few parasitic circles as possible or no parasitic circles near the resonance point. Through the admittance diagram, the transducer can be manufactured, incoming inspection, bonded transducer, and cleaning machine for impedance analysis and measurement. The whole machine measurement of the cleaning machine can calibrate the static capacitance of the resonant frequency of the machine to match the power supply, and can analyze its new resonance point, the impedance after water injection, the capacitance and the vibration mode of the whole machine.
